It is too bad that the newspapers, as a whole, do not tell us that over 95% of all mortgages are just doing fine without any problems, or that historically we are undergoing wonderful interest rates.  It is a good thing that those who finance Real Estate, are able to make their mortgage payments.  Look at this article from the New York Times....(link below)
